• Hazardous Material Management Regulations enacted on 12 June 2004 require industrial facilities producing over 12 TPY of hazardous materials or 12 kg/year of acutely hazardous waste to put in place a mandatory HazMat Management Plan.
• These regulations have led to significant improvements in hazardous material treatment.

RESULTS

• Four certified laboratories verify the toxicity, flammability, corrosiveness, and reactivity of hazardous materials produced nationwide.
